We are very proud to present a unique visit from Thay Phap An who will come to Denmark in June all the way form EIAB in Germany who will give a public talk.

Peace is both an individual and collective responsibility. In a world with turmoil, division, and conflict, it is imperative to recognize that the pursuit of peace is both a individual endeavor as well as a collective commitment that begins within each of us and extends outward into the world we share.

Activities will include a Dharma talk by Brother Thay Phap An, sitting and walking meditation, mindful eating, and deep relaxation.

There will also be a transmission of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. This is only the second time that this ceremony has been offered in Denmark. Everyone is welcome to take the Five Mindfulness Trainings, but please sign up ahead of time by sending a brief letter of aspiration to interbeingdenmark@gmail.com describing your motivations for taking the trainings. This will be used to determine your Dharma name.
